Admission Instructions and Requirements

Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Model College admits students from within and outside the country and prepares them for excellence in all ramifications. Every admission is by merit through entrance and interview examinations duly conducted by the school authority.

Requirements

Candidates for entrance examinations shall satisfy the following requirements:

• Shall be 11 years or above
• Shall currently be in primary six or have finished primary six
• Shall be medically fit and sound in mind.
• Medical certificate must be from a recognized Catholic or general hospital
• Students by right of admission and obligation of compliance are strictly bound to live up to expectations of the school rules and regulations

Instructions

To apply follow these Incstructions:

• Click on the Apply button below and fill in your information in the Registration Form and Save.
• Login using your registered Email and Password
• From the Profile Page, click on Pay Now and you will be redirected to the Payment Page.
• Payments can be made through CARD, USSD, Bank Deposit.
• On successful payment, Login to your Admission Profile and click on UPDATE INFO from the menu or the UPDATE button in the Profile Page.
• Fill in your Information along with your Payment Receipt No and passport photograph (clear background and not more than 500KB in size) and Submit.
